Nkiru Olumide-Ojo holds over 2 decades of experience as a Corporate Executive working for multinational and national brands in Africa. Her work experience spans across various service sectors including Financial Services, Aviation, Telecommunication and the Oil and Gas sectors.  She currently works in a financial services firm in South Africa leading cross border teams to deliver on Strategic Communications, Marketing and Corporate Social impact in the Africa and Offshore Regions. Founder of the LightHouse Network, a social impact agency founded in 2014 and focused on marketplace readiness for Youths, Nkiru and her team go to underserved schools to help get youths ready for the market place. She also provides career mentorship for young Working Girls through the working Girl Circle.

A board member for a commercial and non-commercial entity, Nkiru is also a corporate trainer and frequent Conference Speaker having spoken at Forbes Africa Women’s summit, the London Advertising Week, Africa Public Relations Conference, and others.   Over the past couple of years, Nkiru has had several recognitions including being twice recognized amongst Lagos State, Nigeria’s Top 100 Women making impact, Leading Ladies Africa ‘s top 50 leading African Corporate women, amongst others. She is currently a PhD Student at the Witwatersrand University, South Africa, holding a Masters and Undergraduate degrees from Kington University Surrey, London and The University of Calabar, Nigeria.
