Fela graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science with Economics and later earned a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) from the same institution. He is also an Alumnus of the Kennedy School of Government Executive Education program of the prestigious Harvard University. Fela has also attended the High impact Leadership for a Better Society program at the prestigious Yale University. He is also a certified leadership coach of the John Maxwell Team. He is happily married to Tara Fela-Durotoye, a renowned Beauty Entrepreneur and Chief Executive Officer of the House of Tara International; and together, they have 3 sons who think their dad is a superhero.
